Photo Session:

Client is NOT obligated to purchase any additional "ala carte" prints from their photo session. However, if client is not satisfied with the results of their photo session Silken Images will schedule another photo session, at no cost to the client. In doing so, client forfeits all rights to prints from initial photo session.

Print Quality:

Client has three (3) business days to notify Silken Images of any issues or concerns with purchased prints. In the event that client is unhappy with the quality of printing, Silken Images will create another print of the same negative image, at no cost to the client. Initial prints must be returned, prior to any remedy being performed.
